Precision control of Prefab building
All beam and column components are standardized cut, welded and rust-proofed in domestic factories, and 3D laser scanning + reverse modeling technology is used to ensure that the dimensional error of the components is ≤2mm. modular units are designed with bolted connections to reduce the on-site welding process.

- BIM collaborative design: The Chinese and Australian teams interacted with each other in real time through the BIM model, adjusted the Prefab building node structure according to the Australian AS4100 standard, and optimized the arrangement of stiffening plates at the beam-column joints, so that the matching rate of the bolt holes was increased to 99.6%.
- High-strength bolts instead of welding: The main frame is connected by 10.9 grade friction-type high-strength bolts12, and the friction coefficient is ≥0.45 through sandblasting on the contact surface, which reduces the dependence on welders' skills.

- Pre-deformation Compensation Technology: For long-span beams (18m), pre-arching is used to calculate the anti-deformation processing and eliminate the installation deviation caused by transportation stress.
