Recently, a brand-new Steel building watchtower with a total Steel building consumption of 120 tonnes was officially completed in our company. This project is the first time to use high-strength Q355B steel construction, combined with breakthrough modelling design, not only to enhance the safety and durability of the structure, but also to develop cultural tourism, ecological monitoring and other diversified markets to provide a strategic new idea.

Q355B steel is used in all applications
The tower body has been upgraded to Q355B steel with a tensile strength of more than 350MPa, instead of the traditional Q235 steel.
Advantages:
Increased wind resistance up to 12 (30 m/s) and seismic intensity up to 8°;
Enhanced low temperature resistance (-35°C) and corrosion resistance with hot-dip galvanising process (≥80 μm14 coating), with a life span of over 30 years.
Mechanical optimisation of 120 tonnes of Steel building
Main body is made of a combination of angle Steel building frames, with a hybrid process of bolt connections and welding to ensure the integration of the main frame;
Innovative design of the ladder system:
Spiral ascent Steel building structure, with steering platforms and patterned steel fences every 2 metres;
Load-bearing channel + handrail linkage design to improve climbing safety.
