  • Material Innovation for Steel Structure workshop: Custom-designed steel components (beams, columns, and trusses) were prefabricated using high-grade carbon steel (Q355B) to meet ISO 9001 standards. Third-party testing ensured tensile strength (>470 MPa) and corrosion resistance.

  • Modular Assembly: Leveraging a "building block" approach, pre-engineered steel modules reduced on-site welding by 70%, minimizing human error. Critical joints utilized Grade 8.8 high-strength bolts with ultrasonic flaw detection.

  • Durability Optimization: Anti-rust coatings (120μm epoxy zinc-rich primer + polyurethane topcoat) and fireproof cladding (A2-grade mineral wool) exceeded EN 13501 safety benchmarks
